Services. Storey Enterprises LLC provides Document Delivery, Medical Courier Services, Package Delivery, Parcel Delivery, Prescription Delivery and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Storey Enterprises LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Storey Enterprises LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Storey Enterprises LLC makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation. In no event will Storey Enterprises LLC's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Storey Enterprises LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. VA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of VA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
